I am a Quilter and Textile Artist and on retirement I undertook the Diploma in Quilting and Design with Creative Stitch Suffolk. My textile journey started in Montagu, South Africa where I was taught by Doortjie Gerbasch.
My home is based in the region of the Broads National Park and I am very interested in the fauna and flora of the area. My Textiles in the past have often depicted my local surroundings. Recently I have tried to change my style and I have been experimenting using different textiles and techniques. The textile is one of my Journal Quilts for QGCG 2021 - 'Lots Wife & Asses Ears, St Helena Island'.
